The movement
A campus organization for students who want to leave college with their faith, their focus and their integrity intact.
100% Triumph works to raise student academic performance across the whole person, and to send out graduates who are ready to make a difference in their community and in the wider world.
It is a student organization that seeks to produce men and women of integrity, established on Christian morals and biblical values. It places full priority on the all-round discipline it takes to hold your focus through college.
And it exists to serve, humbly and voluntarily: students, faculty, and the whole university community.

100% Triumph exists to develop students, strengthen leaders, transform campuses, and advance Kingdom impact through Christ-centered leadership.
Everything the ministry does on this campus is measured against that sentence.

We invest in students
Students are the point, not the audience. The commitment is to put real time into them.
We work with the university
Seeking to work in harmony with universities to develop intellectual constructs and next-generation leaders, and to prepare students for the leadership challenges ahead of them.
We protect focus
We pull students out of distraction and mentor them in how to hold their focus once they have it back.
We want the university to prosper
Because we care about faculty, students, research, ideas and structures, not only about our own members.
We think past the campus
The organization is actively involved in global leadership and in cross-cultural missions.

What you can expect
Every student has leadership skill in them.
Leadership here is the ability to influence other people by inspiring them, and that begins with self-discovery. It is why mentorship matters so much, and why you do not have to run for student body president to start.
