Leadership here is the ability to influence other people by inspiring them, and that begins with self-discovery. It is why mentorship matters so much, and why you do not have to run for student body president to start.

Dr. Tayo Emmanuel is a global conference speaker, an interculturalist and a geneticist by profession. He is the CEO of the Global Leadership and Intercultural Studies Institute, a Washington DC think-and-do tank working across international conflict management, economic development, peacebuilding, digital transformation and emerging technologies.
